Mary is also an instructor in a study of the effect of yoga on depression at Boston University.



Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement but is not baggy. Come to class with an empty stomach. Arrive 10-15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. Props will be provided including a mat, but it is always best and most sanitary to bring your own mat.
