She has returned from the summer to her classes at Artemis Yoga (Watertown) and Majestic Yoga (Cambridge). Classes in Lexington resume in September (see below). Mary is adding a new Level II (Intermediate to Advanced) class on Wednesday mornings (8:30-10:00) at Artemis Yoga beginning September 13.

Mary is also an instructor in a study of the effect of yoga on depression at Boston University.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement but is not baggy. Come to class with an empty stomach. Arrive 10-15 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. Props will be provided including a mat, but it is always best and most sanitary to bring your own mat.
